1. **Ticketing and Entry**:   - Tickets are non-refundable.   - Attendees must present valid identification and tickets for entry.   - Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees from the festival premises for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of festival policies.

2. **Age Restrictions**:   -Sumfest Mizik is an all age event. However, minors  must be accompanied by a parent or guardian as required by festival policies.

3. **Security and Prohibited Items**:   - All attendees are subject to search and screening by security personnel upon entry.    - Any prohibited items discovered during the screening process will be confiscated.

4. **Health and Safety**:   - First aid and medical assistance will be available on-site.   - Organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the festival.

5. **Behavior and Conduct**:   - Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and comply with all festival rules and regulations.   - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival grounds.   - Consumption of alcohol by minors or excessive alcohol consumption by any attendee is strictly prohibited.

6. **Photography and Recording**:   - Personal photography and recording for non-commercial use are generally permitted.   - Professional photography and recording may require prior authorization from the organizers.   - Attendees may not distribute or sell any recordings or photographs taken at the festival without permission.

7. **Cancellation or Postponement**:   - In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the festival lineup or schedule, organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and provide options for refunds or ticket exchanges.   - Organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred by attendees as a result of changes to the festival.

8. **Liability Waiver**:   - Attendees may be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with attending the festival.  We can remove this part

9. **Intellectual Property**:   - The festival name, logo, and any associated trademarks or intellectual property are owned by the organizers and may not be used without permission.
